Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes 5–7 business days, then it ships. We don't offer same-day dispatch, because there is nothing to dispatch yet.

Returns & Exchanges
退换
Ready-made pieces: returnable within 30 days, unworn and in original packaging.
Custom and personalised pieces: not returnable. Each one is made to your recipe, for your wrist — it has no second customer. This includes Design Studio orders, birth-chart and zodiac recipes, and pieces made with your own beads.
Return shipping is at your cost. We don't provide prepaid labels. Use any tracked service; we refund once it arrives.
Damaged in transit, wrong stones, wrong size, or a fault in the make — that's on us. Email a photo within 7 days and we remake or refund it, and we cover the shipping both ways.
This applies to custom pieces too. "Not returnable" means "not returnable because you changed your mind" — never "we made it wrong and you live with it."
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used — card and wallet refunds are processed by Airwallex, and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days after we issue them.
We email you the moment a refund is issued. If it has not appeared after 10 business days, write to us and we will chase it.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where we were at fault (wrong, faulty or damaged goods).
Import duties you paid are reclaimable from your customs authority, not from us.
This policy, and any transaction concluded through this website, is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Nothing here limits any consumer protection right you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
