The rules of the shop, in plain language. The short version: you order, we make it by hand and ship it tracked; custom pieces can't be returned for a change of mind, but if we got it wrong we fix it.

This website is operated by LazureEssence International Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, trading as MyChiGem. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Orders & When the Contract Starts
订单与合同成立
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email — not when you press pay, and not when payment is authorised.
If an item is mispriced or cannot be made, we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute something else.
Cancelling: ready-made pieces can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Custom pieces can be cancelled only before production starts — once we begin making your piece, the materials are cut and strung for your wrist size and cannot be resold.
Please check your wrist size and recipe carefully before confirming. We are happy to answer questions first.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Where a piece is available in Chinese yuan (CNY), the two are separate published price lines — one is not a conversion of the other.
Prices exclude any import duty, VAT/GST or customs handling fee levied by your country. Those are the recipient's responsibility unless the checkout explicitly says duties are included.
We may change prices at any time. A change never applies to an order already confirmed.
Card and digital wallet payments are processed by Airwallex, a licensed payment institution. We do not receive or store your card number.
We may request additional verification before dispatching an order where a payment looks unusual. If we cannot verify it, we cancel and refund rather than ship.
Where a manual payment method is offered (for example, a domestic transfer), the order moves to production once payment is confirmed, not when the instruction is given.
Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes 5–7 business days before dispatch.
Natural stone varies in colour, pattern and inclusions. That variation is the material, not a defect; your piece will not be identical to the photograph.
Recipes generated by the Energy Assessment, Birth Chart or Zodiac tools are cultural and aesthetic suggestions, chosen by you. You remain free to change any bead before ordering.
We ship direct to you with tracked service. Estimated delivery after production: 7–14 business days, longer to remote addresses or during peak season.
Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we will claim against the carrier and make it right — see our Refund & Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for giving a complete, deliverable address. Re-shipment after an address error is at your cost.
Ready-made pieces: returnable within 30 days, unworn and in original packaging.
Custom and personalised pieces: not returnable for a change of mind, because each is made to your recipe and wrist size.
If we got it wrong — wrong stones, wrong size, a fault in the make, or damage in transit — we remake or refund, and we cover shipping both ways. This applies to custom pieces too.
Full detail, including how to start a return, is in our Refund & Shipping Policy. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
The MyChiGem and LazureEssence names, the bead-matching engine, the site design, photography and all written content belong to LazureEssence International Limited. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer any of it. Buying a piece gives you the object, not the right to reproduce it commercially.

If you have a health concern, please see a licensed medical practitioner. Wearing a bracelet is not a treatment.
These Terms, and any transaction concluded through this website, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Nothing in this clause limits any consumer protection right you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings where you live where that law allows it.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Almost every problem — a wrong bead, a late parcel, a sizing mistake — is solved faster by email than by any formal process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (customs holds, carrier disruption, natural events).
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time your order is confirmed is the one that applies to it.
