What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Short version: we collect what an order needs, we never see your card number, and your birth data never leaves your device.

What We Collect
我们收集什么
Order details — your name, shipping address, email address, and what you ordered. We need these to make and deliver your piece.
Your recipe inputs — the answers you give in the Energy Assessment (body constitution, birth date or zodiac). These are used to generate your bead recipe and to produce your order.
Support mail — anything you write to us, kept so we can answer follow-ups.
Basic site analytics — pages viewed and general location, via Google Analytics 4 (see Cookies below).

What We Never Collect
我们绝不收集
Card numbers. Card and wallet payments are processed entirely by Airwallex, a licensed payment institution. Card details are entered on Airwallex's own secure page or embedded fields — they never reach our server, and we cannot see them.
Government ID numbers. We do not ask for, and do not store, identity document numbers.
Your birth data on our servers. Birth-chart calculations run in your browser. The date and time you enter are processed on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our systems unless you go on to place an order and ask us to keep the recipe.
Data we sell. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Ever.
Why this matters: because payments are handled by a licensed processor and readings run in your browser, the most sensitive parts of your data never touch our database in the first place.

How We Use It
用途
To make, pack and ship your order, and to send you the tracking number.
To answer your questions and handle returns or remakes.
To keep the accounting and tax records we are legally required to keep.
To improve the site — for example, seeing which pages people give up on.
To send you occasional product mail, only if you asked for it. Every such mail has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who We Share It With
与谁共享
Only with parties who need it to make the order happen, and only to the extent they need:
Airwallex — payment processing, fraud and chargeback handling.
Carriers — name, address and phone, so the parcel can be delivered and cleared through customs.
Our email provider — to send order and shipping mail.
Google Analytics — aggregated, non-identifying site statistics.
Professional advisers or authorities — only where the law requires it.
Each of these parties is bound to use the data only for the purpose we give it to them. We never sell data.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and whether a page is confusing. This uses cookies and assigns a pseudonymous identifier.
You can decline at any time: block cookies in your browser settings, use a private window, or install Google's own opt-out add-on. Declining cookies does not stop you from ordering.
We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.

Your Rights
你的权利
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
show you the personal data we hold about you;
correct anything wrong;
delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
export it in a portable format;
stop marketing mail (one click, or just ask).
If you are in the EU/UK or California, these are formal rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR and the CCPA. We honour them regardless of where you are. Write to sales@mychigem.com and we will respond within 30 days. We keep order and tax records for the period the law requires — typically 7 years — and delete the rest on request.
